Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kollab-la.com. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
